Rupali Singhania is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is the Partner of Areete Consultants LLP. Before Areete, she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for more than 10 years in tax and regulatory practice.

She has more than two decades of diversified experience of working with several multinationals, domestic companies, start ups in FMCG, telecom, infrastructure, oil and gas and other industries. Her vast experience allows her to provide services that encompass all aspects of tax, corporate laws, exchange control laws, business consulting and valuation. She has been involved with several companies in structuring of international assignments, ESOP advisory and implementation.

She has helped several companies from USA, Europe, Middle East, Japan to set up their operations in India and provide complete advisory and handholding for their operations in India.

She regularly contributes to leading newspapers her views on the current developments on tax and regulatory issues.
