Her vast experience allows her to provide services that encompass all aspects of tax, corporate laws, exchange control laws, business consulting and valuation. She has been involved with several companies in structuring of international assignments, ESOP advisory and implementation.
She has helped several companies from USA, Europe, middle east to set up their operations in India and provide complete advisory and handholding for their operations in India.

During her professional tenure she also worked with Grant Thornton, Assurance firm.
She has more than Fourteen years professional experience in advising clients on various tax and regulatory matters. She has handled complex tax and regulatory matters for various large MNC groups from different industries like Telecom, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Engineering, Oil & Gas.
She has experience of Statutory and Internal audits for various large corporate groups. She also has been associated as an independent director with MNCs.
